EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Auracle Geospatial Science Inc. was asked in 2008 by Julie. P. McLelland to carry out a gamma ray spectrometer and prospecting program on the WWW mineral claims which had been staked for their precious and base metal (Copper) potential. This Claim group includes the LES mineral Claim (BC mineral tenure # 509585) which is adjacent to and east of the WWW claim (BC mineral tenure # 516512) Geologically this area consists of Karmutsen Volcanic basalts, Island Plutonic Suite granodioritics, Bonanza Group Calc-Alkaline volcanics, and Vancouver Group sedimentary rocks with two mapped faults, one trending North and the other trending North East and converging on the LES claim. Work was commenced in May of 20068 and completed in December of 2008. New logging roads have been constructed on the LES Claim and extensive logging has been conducted clearing areas that have not been previously prospected. This program involved traversing a part of the tenure and taking Gamma Ray spectral records at sample sites. Auracle Geospatial Science Inc. January 2009

INTRODUCTION In December 2003 the WWW mineral tenure was staked over the historic WWW mine site and newly discovered mineralization. This prospective ground hosts several known Au Ag mineralized quartz veins. The rising demand for these metals on the world market was added incentive for these acquisitions. Following the WWW acquisition the JUL tenure and TRM tenure were staked for the likelihood of a trend of mineralization continuing through these tenures. Later the LES was acquired for the same reasons. In 2006 Julie McLelland asked Auracle Geospatial Science Inc. to conduct exploration by undertaking Spectral analysis and to search for likely extensions to the established neighbouring mineralization on the LES tenure. Results of this analysis were not comprehensive but did classify a zone of surface reflectance that differed from the signatures collected within the mapped geologies. This zone did correlate well with the gossanous zones mapped by Hugo Laneela in the 1960s. Ground truthing did reinforce the mapping by Laneela and the spectral Analysis by Auracle which disclosed a zone of possible limestones in the upper Poole Creek Valley. This 2008 gamma ray spectral survey was considered to be an extension of the preceding work in further signature development toward targeting mineralization according to known occurrences. LOCATION AND ACCESS (See figure 1 - Location Map) The LES tenure is located 29 kilometres southeast of the City of Port Alberni on the west Coast of Vancouver Island British Columbia. Access to the general area is by the Port Alberni- Bamfield Road which roughly follows the south shore of Barclay Sound. Proceeding approximately 21 kilometres south wet to Corrigan Main Logging Road, turn left (east) and continue for 6.5Km to a road leading uphill and north-east. This spur road is the access road located on the LES tenure. PHYSIOGRAPHY (figure3) This prospect area is situated on the north side of the Corrigan Creek and is bisected by an unnamed creek which drains Mount Spencer. The western section of this tenure consists of high cliffs above steep rugged ground. Elevation ranges from 400 to 1200 metres. The tenure mountainsides area mixture of freshly logged ground and areas still treed with mature second growth Fir, Balsam, Hemlock and Cedar timber. Ground cover is thick salal in the lower elevations.

MINERAL CLAIM STATUS This Claim is held in Good standing by Julie. P. McLelland. The Les claim includes 338.84 hectares of mineral tenure. Julie enjoys a 100%unencumbered interest in this claim, and holds the adjacent WWW mineral tenure. Please refer to the cover confirmation sheet for further information. PREVIOUS WORK Little recorded work prior to the author’s preceding report is attributed to the ground encompassed by this tenure; the tenures adjacent however include a number of Minfile occurrences. The author had occasion to prospect the south west section of this claim in 2005 and the results were not remarkable. Work carried out by Gunnex in the late 1960s included the ‘Mary group’ which was mapped in detail by Hugo Laanela and A. Randall. The Mary Group mapping ends at its western extent on the limestone cliffs, which are the eastern extent of the LES claim. GEOLOGY figure 2 According to provincial geological survey mapping, this area is underlain by Karmutsen Volcanic basalts which outcrop in the southern portion of the claim. The western part of the tenure is mapped as Island Plutonic Granodioritics, while the eastern upland portion exposes outcrops of Bonanza Group Calc-Alkaline volcanics and Vancouver Group Sedimentary rock. MINERALIZATION figures 5 and 6 Mineralization on the LES claim consists of minor quartz vein lets and disseminated sulphides in shear zones within the volcanic and granodiorite rocks. It is thought that more intensive mineralization will be located on the cliffs of the eastern side of the claim, above which there are copper skarn type occurrences on the historic Mary Claim.

2008 Work 63 Gamma Ray Spectra were collected in mid October 2008 along traverse locations as delineated in figure 3 at approximate 50 metre intervals. Spectrometer scanning was used between stations with Assay mode collection at each station. A RS 125 GR spectrometer was used and set to 120 seconds it was auto calibrated and Regions of Interest (ROIs) were set as follows: Potassium (K) 1324 to 1500 KeV; Uranium (U) 1663 to1833 KeV; Thorium (Th) 2330 to2842 KeV. Three resulting analyses were produced as spatial representations of the presence of ROI spectra within the study area. These spectra were graphically projected using a simple inversion by distance weighting (IDW) for comparative analyses. Results figures 5 and 6 and Appendix III The primary objective of this analysis in the WWW area and the LES claim specifically was to explore for further signal correlation with previous spectral work and mapped geology, to prospect for newly exposed mineralized outcrop (due to recent logging and road building) and to work toward developing a recognizable spectral signature and subsequent exploration target. Gamma Ray Spectra from three regions of interest (potassium, thorium, and uranium) were compared with spectral classification results. The results of the classification procedure were viewed as spectral classification maps. The rocks in the area are predominantly of three groups: volcanic basalts, granodiorite intrusives and sedimentary limestone. Metal sulphide quartz vein mineralization in the area is thought to be of hydrothermal origin. A suite of igneous rocks and minerals and associated alteration products should produce the most likely and detectable spectral association. These rocks and associated minerals have strong signal responses in areas of road cuts, recent logging and sparse vegetation, as well as cliff and talus exposures. Limestone, sulphide distribution, and basalt recognition which were correlated to established mapping in the spectral analyses work of 2007 were unremarkable in their relation to classified Gamma Ray ROIs. Conclusions This Tenure lies between several well documented mineral occurrences, and has only recently benefited by logging road construction. It is recommended that the tenures be further explored using CDGPS controlled ground truth SWIR portable spectrometry to explore for further indications of copper skarns in the upper (north west )valley.

Statement of Work and Costs This work was carried out by Auracle Geospatial Science Inc. for Julie P. McLelland between October 1st and November 1 2008 and fulfils the requirements of assessment work on the Tenure shown. Field work consisted of a two days GPS verification of roads and access together with prospecting and gamma ray spectra survey. Work is as disclosed on the following table of costs, where costs were reduced from $2830.07 (actual time and expense to the budget amount of $2710.00. Filing fess for submission were $135.54
