Gaming limited to raffle or bingo socials for charity or games of chance as part of school fair may be permitted. If

tickets will be sold for fundraising, a gaming activity permit duly endorsed by the school unit head must be submitted

to the VPAP for approval.   The form is available at the VPAP’s Office.

 

    Off campus groups and organizations contracting with the University for use of facilities are also subject to these

regulations.

 

    The Security Office under the UPPO is responsible for enforcing this policy on campus. 

 

    Organizers of the event are responsible for enforcing this policy when the event is held outside the campus.

 

    Students, faculty and employees who violate this policy shall be subject to disciplinary action which may include

suspension or dismissal.

    Visitors who are found to have knowingly violated this policy shall be penalized according to University

policy.
