Green Meadows runs 4-5 day programs for 6th graders. Intern Naturalists teach classes on topics such as ecology, wilderness skills, and team building. Interns learn to run all aspects of the program, including f ield t r ips, t raining high school cabin leaders, and leading evening campf ire. Green Meadows is located two miles outside of Yosemite Nat ional Park in Fish Camp, CA, at 5,000 feet elevat ion. Housing and food are provided during program. This site is run by Merced County Off ice of Educat ion.
