Obesity in the phase of pregnancy can be equally dangerous to both mother and the baby. Doctors and researchers have suggested that the obese mothers can take up few yoga classes or a healthy diet to reduce weight without affecting the nutrition intake for the baby. In few cases, obesity can also cause pre-mature deliveries.
