DIFFICULT: I was less successful in the following areas for the reasons stated: Due to T24 speed and connectivity issues difficult to handle customer. 3. DIFFERENT: What I will change or do differently to further improve my performance is: If the T24 increases the speed we will improve in business as well as customer services.
