A Hi-Traffic Graphic™ Print MediaSay hello to a new direction in print media. G-Floor® Print Media is a one of a kind, grand format print media suitable for a wide range of applications. It is designed for second surface printing with both UV and solvent inks. Extruded as a clear, flexible pure PVC product, it provides the ultimate in image protection. Not only is it the thickest wear layer in the industry, but also the widest. Manufactured in widths up to 10 feet and in both flexible 75 mil and semi-rigid 95 mil thicknesses, G-Floor® Print Media offers endless application opportunities.

With G-Floor® Print Media, you are no longer creating floor graphics, but Graphic Floors. Previous products were only images printed on the top of the material allowing for very limited applications. With the addition of laminates, durability was slightly improved but there were no long-term solutions available. G-Floor® Print Media easily handles both heavy foot and vehicle traffic. It allows you to print directly to the product, mirroring the image for second surface viewing. This application process allows for greater durability and versatility than traditional vinyl floor graphics.

Graphic Ultra Print Media Don’t have a printer large enough for our 3.5mm material? Not to worry, with the new G-Floor® Ultra Print Media you can print with most wide format printers. Now in a thinner, 1mm format, G-Floor® Ultra has the same longevity and ‘Drive On’ durability as G-Floor® Print Media. It is best suited for short term applications such as traditional floor graphics, counter mats, wall applications and mouse pads. G-Floor® Ultra Print Media provides you with an impressive durability at an economical price point.

Graphic Absolute WhiteAbsolute White is designed as a first surface print product for those without white capabilities. Suitable for solvent and UV inks, Absolute White is a 3.5mm base product with 100% through color. Its anti-chalking, all weather formulation allows for extended outdoor life. Ink adhesion has proven to be excellent to this material. It can also be printed and submerged into pools, fountains and coin ponds for display purposes. Absolute White adds an opportunity for your clients to take advantage of a new unique application. Use it as a stand alone white product for displays, trade show floors, matting materials, dance studios, etc. With the addition of a Clear Coat, first surface print durability can be extended to match the life cycle of the base material.

CERAMIC 3.5mm, 4mmOur Ceramic pattern offers a mostly smooth, gloss surface. It has a variegated texture with shallow valleys resembling the surface of the skin of an orange. Ceramic is a great surface pattern for most POP and general flooring applications.

COIN 3.5mmOur Coin pattern offers a gloss surface and resembles that of a standard coin pattern. It consists of 1.25” diameter circles spaced 0.25” apart, with a 0.030” relief and aligned in symmetrical columns and rows. Coin is a surface pattern that offers the feel of traditional flooring.

DIAMOND TREAD 3.5mmOur Diamond Tread pattern offers a gloss surface and resembles that of a standard diamond plate pattern. The ‘diamonds’ are 1.125” in length and 0.625” in width with a 0.030” relief. They are spaced 1.25” apart and are aligned diagonally in a 180º alternating rotation. Diamond Tread is a surface pattern that offers a rugged or industrial appearance.

LEVANT 3.5mmOur Levant pattern offers a semi-smooth matte surface. It has a variegated texture with shallow valleys and abrupt edges resembling the surface characteristics of leather. Levant is the perfect surface pattern for anti-glare, photography and filming applications.

RIBBED 3.5mmOur Ribbed pattern offers a gloss surface with raised ridges spanning across its entirety. The ridges are 0.125” in width with a 0.030” relief and are spaced 0.375” apart. Ribbed is a great surface pattern for water and fluid channeling situations.

WOOD GRAIN 3.5mm, 4mmOur Wood Grain pattern offers a gloss surface and resembles the appearance and the pitted-texture of finely grained wood. It consists of random, vertical counter-reliefs across a smooth plane. Wood Grain is a surface pattern that offers a natural wood appearance for all wood images.
