PERFORMED TASKS & DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONPLANNING Set up and maintain project management plan. Scope management and development of WBS. Develop/Review schedules - Engineering, Procurement, Pre-Construction, and Construction. Manage enterprise/multiple projects - Report on overall / individual deliverables. Perform Schedule Risk Analysis and the impact on the schedule/cost. Develop and manage work interfaces, monitor coordination among contractors/projects and report accordingly. Perform What-If Analysis to study various options/scenarios and their impact on the project. Change management and change orders follow up. Procurement / vendors management and links to the project schedule. Engineering management and links to the project schedule. Prepare/Review the physical work progress reports (Using MS Excel & MS Access). Determine possible corrective actions. Manage and lead the department staff.
COST CONTROL Establish and Review costs allocation and cash flow projections derived from schedules. Develop/monitor project budget and the timely reporting on the budget status. Apply Earned Value Technique for performance measurement and forecasting (time and cost). Perform Cost Risk Analysis. Resource management and monitoring of the critical resources. Review / approve project invoices.
PROJECT CO ORDINATION & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT Organize and lead the meetings, videoconference meetings. Provide regular support to site management, attend site/HQ meetings Prepare and follow up of the minutes of meetings, actions log, and responsibilities. Manage and maintain the stakeholders’ involvement (Sponsors, Governmental parties, Local community). Develop and manage site photos database.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENT CONTROL Using Primavera Contract Management 13.1 & Link to Primavera 6 (8.2) Develop and manage detailed databases to control project documents. Manage change orders, engineering documents, reports, RFIs, quality status, and correspondences. Monitor Engineering/Technical submittals (Drawings - Vendors data) and apply their effect on the schedule.
