Pennzoil and Quaker State have started rolling out new packaging for their one-quart and multiquart bot- tles and jugs. Pennzoil has switched to all-yellow bottles and jugs, while Quak- er State has gone to all-green contain- ers. In addition to the color changes, the new containers for both product lines will feature an improved heavy-du- ty cap for easier opening, an ergonomic design for easy pouring and handling, color-coded caps and labels and promi- nent placement of viscosity grades. OTC has announced the release of 3834UPD, a software update for its TPR 3834 stand-alone TPMS activation tool. Features of the update include TPR coverage up to model year 2016; support for OTC Encore, OTC Genisys and OTC Genisys Touch up to model year 2015; new HUF Intellisens pro- gramming; and added EXSensor 35000 support. Technicians who are new pur- chasers of the TPR 3834 will receive one year of complimentary software subscriptions.
