    II. ALEGEREA FURTUNURILOR Pentru a alege corect furtunul care ndeplinete cerinele aplicaiei este necesar s se dea ct mai multe

    informaii despre operaiile la care va fi utilizat. Mai jos sunt date informaiile necesare pentru a v ajuta la alegerea furtunului adecvat.

    1 - DIMENSIUNI 1a diametru interior 1b diametru exterior 1c lungimea cu sau fr fittinguri 1d tolerane (n conformitate sau nu cu normele)

    2 - SARCINA 2a tipul de fluid sau material

    2a. 1 identificarea chimic 2a. 2 concentraia 2a. 3 temperatura camerei (minim i maxim) 2a. 4 pentru materiale solide : descrierea i dimensiuni

    III. STRUCTURA FURTUNULUI

    STRUCTURA FURTUNULUI DIN CAUCIUCTUBULEste elementul furtunului de cauciuc sau plastic cel mai luntric . Trebuie s fie rezistent la materialele pe cone le transport. Caracteristicile compusului de cauciuc sau plastici grosimea tubului depind de modul n care va funciona furtunul.

    ArmturaPoate fi textil,din plastic sau metal,singur sau n combinaie, montat n interiorul corpului furtunului pentru a se opune presiunii interne,forelor externe sau aciunii ambelor.

    Durata de funcionare a furtunurilor din cauciuc este limitat.n consecin utilizatorul trebuie s verifice periodic stareaunui furtun din cauciuc pentru scopul destinat,mai ales n prezena unor produse chimice periculoase sau poluante sau cnd se utilizeaz furtunul la presiuni i/sau temperaturi ridicate.Funcionarea n regim continuu la presiuni i temperaturi maxime admise reduce n mod dramatic durata de via a unui furtun din cauciuc.Dup utilizare furtunul trebuie golit i splatbine.Multe produse chimice pot cauza rni grave oamenilor sau pagube proprietilor, riscuri mediului nconjurtor sau poluare dac furtunul curge sau explodeaz.
