Cancellation for Convenience by You Your deposit payment of 40% of camp fees is non-refundable, should you cancel your reservation prior to May 31, 2018, you shall be entitled to a full refund of your fees minus your deposit payment and administration fees of US$100. No refunds are issued for request received after May 31, 2018. All voluntary or involuntary withdrawal during the camp will not incur any refund at all. Cancellation requests due to force majeure will be handled on a case by case basis. Fundación Real Madrid Camp reserves the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis. Cancellation of your reservation shall be written and shall provide the name of the participant as recorded on the registration form. We strongly recommend camp cancellation insurance. Once purchased, Airport transfer fees are non-refundable. 2. Force Majeure Event Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience may cancel the reservation due to a Force Majeure Event which shall include circumstances beyond the control of Fundación Real Madrid Soccer Camp, including but not limited to: war, threat of war, political crisis, civil commotion or strife, terrorist activity, strike or industrial action, natural disaster, fire and technical problems due to closure of airports or other transport problems making it impossible or unreasonable to travel. Physical injury of participant prior to date of attendance is not a force majeure event but one reason why we urge you to obtain insurance coverage. 3. Participant Exclusion Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time to any course or activity if, in the opinion of Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience, that person is not compatible with the general enjoyment or well- being of other clients. In this case, no refund will be given for any unexpired portion of the activity, course or tour. All expenses for this exclusion will be the responsibility of the parent’s participant. 4. Property Damages Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience will vehemently pursue any student damaging or defacing property while at the Camp and strong action will be taken against such students. Payments will be sought in full from any such student (or responsible parents) BEFORE departure to repair such damage. Participants must keep their room tidy, clean and in the same condition as it was when they arrived at the camp. Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience reserves the right to expel any student from its centers if there is willful damage to property, theft of property or act of vandalism. 5. 6. Pocket MoneyMoney could be given to the camp director or your group leader on arrival. At the end of the camp, money left over will be given back to the participant.

7. Medical Expenses and InformationAll medical expenses incurred by the participant will be charge to the parent’s credit card on file if their insurance coverage is denied and the amount is beyond your insurance coverage. Medical receipt will be given to the participant when he leaves the camp. If a participant is under medical treatment during the camp, it is strongly recommended to send with your registration a copy of the treatment being followed by the participant (it is MANDATORY in this case to get a medical certificate from your doctor in regards to the participant condition and is ability to participate in soccer and social activities). If the participant takes special medications, he must give them to the coaches. It is mandatory to mention all allergies on the Registration form.

8. Clothing and EquipmentAll participant clothing and equipment must be marked with the participant name. Only soccer shoes with molded cleats are allowed.

9. Loss and TheftDuring the camp, each participant is responsible of his own personal clothes and equipment. Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience declines all responsibilities in case of theft or loss.

10. Valuable ObjectsIt is strongly recommended not to bring valuables like jewelry, Ipods, electronic games, cameras, computer laptops, team’s jerseys etc.

11. Participant Leaving Premises and Parents not allowed on CampusIt is forbidden to leave the camp perimeter at all times. Parents are not allowed on Campus during the session.

12. Camp StaffThe center is managed by the director who has full power for disciplinary actions. Participants must respect all center personnel.

13. Participant DisciplineParticipants must respect the other participants and camp staff. Participant must respect the wake up and bed times. Participants must follow the daily planning of the camp.

15. Campus Hygiene and SecurityParticipants must only drink and eat in rooms assigned for it. Participants are under the surveillance of the coaches/staff and monitors day and night.

All participants at Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience must respect and enforced the terms mentioned above. Such terms can be modified by the camp at any time.

16. Sufficient Number of ParticipantsThe Organizer shall be entitled exceptionally to cancel your reservation should there be an insufficient number of participants for the session. In such event, the Organizer will inform you no later than one month before your camp starts. In such event, Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience will refund all the monies paid by you or will propose another camp.

17. Photo requirement for registrationPlayers are required to provide a portrait style digital photo, which needs to be uploaded to Soccer Camps International, prior to their stay. This is a requirement to finalize their registration.

1. REGULATIONS

Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation is a coexistance place. To fully enjoy the experience and to have a safe development for all participants, we need to establish some essential behaviour rules tointegrate each participant in the group through relational games with the others, stimulating behavioral habits and values development related with self-discipline and respect to monitors and participants.

All participants should respect the following coexistance rules:

• Being punctual and respecting the daily schedule.

• To maintain the order and cleanliness both in the personal care (rooms) and facilities.

• Mobile phones are forbidden under specific warning (used during specific hours only to contact the family (see below), this will be explained on the 1st day of camp).

• To inform the monitor about their specific needs. For their own safety, monitors should knoweverything about where the participants are and what are their problems.

• To respect the regulations told by monitors and coaches.

• Highest respect between participants and Campus Experience staff. Hitting, insulting orintimidating is absolutely forbidden.

• To take care of equipments and facilities.

• It is forbidden to Substract or use withour permission third- party assets

• Tobacco and alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden under direct expel from the program

• Drugs are strictly forbidden under direct expel from the program.

• Using Vending Machines is not allow unless with specific permission of the Campus Staff

Campus Management will penalize any participant who breach the above rules. Always depending on the violation, the monitor will contact the legal tutor to inform about the participant admonition or expell. The expell doesn’ t mean any reimbursement and the resulting costs of transportation will be paid by the

family

Similiary, in each case of indiscipline, misbehaviour or rules breach, the participant will be punished as follows:

• Personal warning

• Communication with legal tutors

• Expell from Campus Experience

2. RELEVANT INFORMATION:

To guarantee the campus correct development, It is very important to take note about.

INTERACTIONS WITH MONITORS AND CAMPUS STAFF

• For their own safety, each participant should always talk with his monitor about his situation inCampus

• Each Group has its own monitor assigned to help and assist the participants. We can solve anyproblem or missunderstood, but the monitor has to be informed about it to be able to act in time.

• All incidences communicated by phone, will be handled by our customer service staff placed onthe head offices. They will do their best to find a solution together with the CampusManagement.

LOST OR VALUABLE OBJECTS

• It is recomended not to take any valuable object. The organización is not responsible of valuable object custody or security.

• Each participant has to be careful about his belongings.

• We recommend to mark every piece of clothing and personal belongings with name andsurname.

• All lost objects during Campus should be communicated both to the monitor and the customerservice staff. They will do their best to find them.

• Once Campus ends, all not claimed belongings will be organized and if some of them aremarked, we will communicate it to the families.

COMUNICATION WITH PARTICIPANTS AND ORGANIZATION

If relatives need to have any assistance during Campus, they can call our Customer Service +34 912 775 988, daily from Monday to Thursday (9.00-14.00 and 15.00- 18.00) and on Friday (09.00-14.00)

Residential Camps: There will be a daily communication with the Residential Camps participants in a specific shedule. We recommend all participants to take their own mobile phones and, if not, their monitor will give them a phone to talk with their families.

Day Camps: To talk with the Campus Staff, relatives are allowed to call to our Customer Servise phone number: +34 912 775 988. They can also talk directly with the monitors at the check in point.

For an urgent communication out of shedule, they should call to the Campus Manager emergency phone(it will be given before the Campus starts). In order to guarantee the Campus proper development, we require from you to follow the previously described communication process.

Relatives or friends visits are strictly forbidden either in the Residence or in the sports facilities. Participants should have the opportunity to enjoy their group and Campus Experience activities on theirown

If any participant needs to leave the Campus because of a force majeure, it should be approved by the legal tutors who will be the responsibles to take the participant from the Campus where and when theCampus Manager decide.

CAMPUS DAILY SCHEDULE

• Shower and personal care: Because of the Campus daily physical activity, both shower and

personal care (his belongings must be taken to Campus by the participant) are essential to be

confortable. Nevertheless, due to the international nature of Campus Experience, we understand

that some participants could need special attention in this point. If something like that happens, the

participant must inform the monitor in order to avoid awkward situations.

• Diet: All programs including half- board or full- board are supervised by a dietitian who will monitorthe participants feeding according wih the daily physical activity, allergies or specific diets whichappear in the participants registration form. Mediterranean diet is de staple of Campus Experiencenutrition and even if we don’t have halal diet, we can offer a pork free diet.

• Pictures: We have a huge team of photographers portraying Campus Experience daily life. All thisphotos are available in our webpage (Galery and Private Area) divided by groups and Campus.Please, take note that all participants will have two individual pictures given in the campusCertificate, so the daily photos have another objective.

• Language: Campus Experience is an International coexistance which promote the values of sport.This is the reason why in the Day Camps some monitors and managers speaks Spanish and

English but they don’t have to speak any other Language as the Campus is located in Madrid. InResidential and High Performance campus, all the Campus Staff will be able to speak bothEnglish and Spanish. There will be no simultaneous translation but an explanation abouteverything they don’ t understand to facilitate the creation of full relationships.

• Groups: In Campus Experience, all groups are composed aproximately of 15-20 children dividedonly by year of birth and never by religion, sex or nationality. Furthermore, we will take note aboutchildren coming together or in groups but we cannot guarantee the same group or room if they

don’t meet the age requirement.

• Modifications: All registrations can be modified until one week before the Campus starts. Fromthat moment, we cannot guarantee the requested modifications. Modifications and its limits:

o Campus modality can be changed only if there is free places in the new chosen one.However, if the modified campus is already paid, and the new chosen one has a lowerprice, the difference will be non refundable.

o If the program has already started and the participant wants to change it, it only could be

possible if there are enough organization resources to do it and the full price of the

destination campus should be paid immediately.o Neither the established schedules nor the meeting points are changeable during Campus.

if you need any adaptation, transfer service is offered for all the Residential Camps (extraservice).

o We don’t have any care and custody service neither at the beginning nor at the end of the

Campus (except in case of participants with Transfer service booked) so we ask you torespect the established schedules in order to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.

FUNDACIÓN REAL MADRID CAMPUS EXPERIENCE 2018 - AUTHORISATION

I hereby authorise my son to take part in Campus Experience at FUNDACIÓN REAL MADRID, including arranged activities and related bus journeys, as necessary. In addition, I declare that my son has no illness or physical or mental disability that would prevent him from taking part in those activities and hereby expressly waive any entitlement to claim against any party for possible harm arising as a consequence of ordinarily practising the activities provided as part of the Campus Experience.

This authorisation furthermore extends to medical-surgical decisions which may need to be made in extreme emergencies that pre-empt prior consultation, provided such decisions are taken as the result of compulsory medical advice.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and current Spanish legislation in force:

Soccer Camps International is providing additional peace of mind during these uncertain economic times for our valued families by offering Cancellation Protection. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full or partial refund of the soccer camp registration fees paid minus the non-refundable cost of Cancellation Protection when Soccer Camps International receives your email notice to cancel your registration as follows:

*Full refund when registration cancellation email is received more than 30 days prior to the start of camp.

*50% refund when registration cancellation email is received between 30 days and 15 days prior to the start ofcamp.

(Note, no refund if less than 15 days’ notice prior to the start of camp.)

If you need to cancel your reservation, contact Soccer Camps International as soon as possible via email at [email protected]. The charge for the Cancellation Protection is 10% of the total fees (non-refundable) paid to Soccer Camps International at time of initial registration.
