PEOPLE SPEAK
ARJUN KHANNA, Client Development at Mercer.
“I have known Nitin for over 2 decades and one has known him both personally and
professionally.
He is very positive and persevering human being . He is continues to strive hard at
whatever he does. He is gifted in quite a few areas …above all – his connect with people,
friends and colleagues is simply outstanding. He is such a great peoples person.
I have the good fortune of working with him. He continues to strive for engaging his
audience. He has a gift for dramatics and he continues to play his part…and excel at it.
We have worked together when he coached as part of Zeus Consulting … The audience
gave him a standing ovation and then we worked together where he played a part of
Chief Fun Officer. Few people would stand up to this challenge … His love for people
helped him engage with people across geographies, levels and functions. He connected
from field force to the MD…all of them would hug him after a session. ”
KRISHNAKANTH KODUKULA, Vice President, IDFC Projects.
“Nitin is by far the most matured and creative trainer / facilitator that I have met in
the recent past. The two – day offsite that he had designed and managed for our team
was outstanding. ”

MADHAV DEO SARASWAT , CEO Sapkal Knowledge Hub.
I have the pleasure of witnessing Nitin’s journey from his formative years to this date.
He is not only intelligent and but also passionate about life and his work. His quest for
meaningful presence/contribution makes him very special. He might look very simple,
easygoing and but deep in heart he is a person with solid conviction and seriousness. As
a professional, he has followed his heart not his mind, which makes him more productive
and affable.”
