Citizen Time – There were no speaker cards submitted for this meeting. Discussion Items 18-1128-D001 – Commercial Property Values: A review of the commercial property sales that have been previously discussed was done. Copies of the spreadsheets submitted are included with the minutes of this meeting. 18-1128-D002 – Development Authority Projects – Kimberly Alexander advised that the Board’s only responsibility regarding Development Authority MOAs is to value the leasehold interest of the property once buildings are completed. All information presented by the Development Authority counsel is informational to give overviews of the projects. 18-1128-D003 – Legislative Recommendations – Dwight Robinson will consult with Jessica Corbitt to get a list of proposed 2019 legislative recommendations. 18-1128-D004 – 2019 Digest Preparation – Dwight Robinson presented sales ratios to give an idea of where values are statistically. Sales validation is in progress and updated statistics will be given periodically. 18-1128-200 – Executive Session – No executive session was held.
