Board Member Attendance: Salma Ahmed, Chair; Michael Fitzgerald, Vice-Chair; Lisa Aman; Edward London and Pamela Smith.
Staff Attendance: DeWayne Pinkney, Deputy Chief Appraiser/Secretary; Dwight Robinson, Chief Appraiser; Curtis Broden, Tara Parker and Kevin Whitman, Deputy Chief Appraisers; Vincent Clark and Gaetjens Coreus, Appraisal Managers; Henry Brigham, Information Systems Manager; Jacqueline Davis, Executive Assistant; June Neal, Administrative Specialist.
Salma Ahmed called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m.
20-0107-100 – Approval of Agenda – Motion to approve: Aman, Second: London. The motion passed unanimously.
Invocation – DeWayne Pinkney gave the invocation.
21-0107-101 – Election of Chairman & Vice-Chairman – Pamela Smith nominated Michael Fitzgerald as Chairman and Edward London as Vice-Chairman. With no other nominations, the vote was unanimous on said names.
21-0107-102 – Appointment of Secretary – Michael Fitzgerald nominated DeWayne Pinkney as Secretary. With no other nominations, the vote was unanimous on said name.
20-0107-103 - Approval of December 17, 2020 Minutes – Motion to approve: Aman, Second: Smith. The motion passed unanimously.
