Wehavebeenhurtmoremorallythatphysicallybecauseofwhathadhappenedagainstusinbothdeedsandwordsbyyou.Despiteallthisyouwillalwaysremain

oursonwhateverhappened.WestillpraythatyoucontinuetobepresidentoftheU.S.A.WeEndeavourandhopethatyouwillgainvictoryinthenewelection

campaigne.Youareamanwhohasenoughcouragetoannulawrongandmistaken

action.Iamsurethatyouareabletoshouldertheresponsibilityforthat.Enoughevidenceisavailable,Bearinginmindthatyouarethepresidentofthestrongest

powerintheworldnowadays,andsinceNatoiswaginganunjustwaragainsta

smallpeopleofadevelopingcountry.Thiscountryhadalreadybeensubjectedto

embargoandsanctions,furthermoreitalsosufferedadirectmilitaryarmed

aggressionduringReagan'stime.ThiscountryisLibya.Hence,toservingworld

peace...Friendshipbetweenourpeoples...andforthesakeofeconomic,and

securitycooperationagainstterror,youareinapositiontokeepNatoofftheLibyan

affairforgood.

Asyouknowtoowelldemocracyandbuildingofcivilsocietycannotbeachievedbymeansofmissilesandaircraft,orbybackingarmedmemberofAlQuaedain

Benghazi.Youyourselfsaidonmanyoccasions,oneofthemintheUNGeneralAssembly,Iwaswitnesstothatpersonally,thatAmericaisnotresponsibleforthe

securityofotherpeoples.ThatAmericahelpsonly.Thisistherightlogic.Ourdear

son,Excellency,BarakaHusseinAbuoumama,yourinterventionisthenameoftheU.S.A.isamust,sothatNatowouldwithdrawfinallyfromtheLibyanaffair.Libya

shouldbelefttoLibyanswithintheAfricanunionframe.Theproblemnowstandsasfollows:-

1.ThereisNatointerventionpoliticallyaswellasmilitary.

2.TerrorconductedbyAlQauedagangsthathavebeenarmedin

somecities,andbyforcerefusedtoallowpeopletogobackto

theirnormallife,andcarryonwithexercisingtheirsocial

people'spowerasusual.
