Anti-Trust Guidelines • It is the unqualified policy of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers

Association to conduct its operations in strict compliance with the antitrust laws of the United States.

• MEMA's antitrust policy prohibits any discussions which constitute or imply an agreement or understanding concerning: 1) prices, discounts, or terms or conditions of sale; 2) profits or profit margins or cost data; 3) market shares, sales territories or markets; 4) allocation of customers or territories; 5) selection, rejection or termination of customers or suppliers; 6) restricting the territory or markets in which a company may resell products; 7) restricting the customers to whom a company may sell; or 8) any matter which is inconsistent with the proposition that each manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor must exercise its independent business judgment in pricing its services or products, dealing with its customers and suppliers and choosing markets in which it will compete.

Training Videos

• Original idea was for 6-7 separate videos of 10-20 minutes in length– Directed at the Technician for the most part

• We viewed the Federal Mogul training video and liked its concept and style– Video clips of 1-5 minutes each– Technician can view 1 or more clips at a time, then

revisit later

Fuel Pump Manufacturers Council – March 16, 2010

Training Videos

• We listed the topics that would incorporate the previous ideas with some new ones– Have streamed sequentially seven video clips – One set each for the jobber/counterman and the

technician with appropriate subjects for each– The following slides will break out the subjects, content,

duration and potential script writer for each value stream (jobber or technician)

• Voltage drop test etc – Clip 4 – Pressure and Flow – 18 mins

• We have elected to use the Lincoln video script for this section

– Problem with the video is that technician needs to have a Mighty Vac in his shop in order to reap the most benefit from this video

– Use the script to describe how to test pressure and flow with more conventional methods?
