Furthermore, I understand the Firebird Volleyball Camp is a private activity being held at Lawrence Free State High School, but is not affiliated with or considered a Lawrence Public Schools activity. I certify that the participant named herein is physically fit to engage in all camp activities. I understand that although every precautionary measure will be taken to protect my child, there is a possibility that he/she may be injured while participating in this event. High School Camp $115

June 3-7 (M-F) 9:00-12:00 @ FSHS

Middle School Camp $90

June 3-6 (M-Th) 1:00-3:00 @SWMS

Elementary School Camp $70

June 3-6 (M-Th) 3:00-4:00 @SWMS

Registration

Campers may register by returning this registration form and the registration fee. The registration fee includes four to five days of instruction, insurance, facilities, equipment, coaching staff, and a camp T-Shirt.

Elementary Camp $70

Students that will be entering 2nd through 5th grade in the Fall of 2019 will be eligible to attend this camp.

Middle School Camp $90

Students that will be entering 6th through 8th grade in the Fall of 2019 will be eligible to attend this camp.

High School Camp $115

Students that are enrolled at Free State in the Fall of 2019 are eligible to attend this camp.
