RECIPES

Make it Fruity

Do you like your Smoothie Fruity or Fresh? Oftentimes it may depend on the time of day or meal you may bereplacing with your smoothie, or simply your mood. Let’s begin with some Fruity versions.

NO FAIL FRUIT SMOOTHIE

This recipe works again and again. It’s light, and tasty with just enough sweet, but also full of protein to keepyou going.

1 Cup of Ice

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries

1/2 cup pineapple

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Place items in blender in order listed. Whip and Enjoy!

BERRY OATMEAL

1/2 Cup Ice1/2 Cup raw Quick Oats (gluten free optional) Cooked, and 1/2 portion set aside for smoothie.1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut milk1/2 Cup fresh strawberries1/2 ripe banana1 T Honey (optional2 Cups Water

Place ingredients in blender beginning with ice. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy Anytime of Day!

GREEN TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

1 Cup ice3/4 Cup unsweetened coconut milk6 Oz fat free plain Greek Yogart3/4 Cup fresh pineapple1 ripe medium banana1 Cup fresh spinach2 T sweetened fresh coconut

Place ingredients in blender beginning with ice. Blend until smoothe.

Enjoy!

PEACHES & GREENS SMOOTHIE

1 Cup ice1 ripe banana2 large peaches, peeled and chopped2 T raw hemp seeds, shelled1 Cup unsweetened coconut milk1 scoop vanilla whey or Vega protein powder (optional)

Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend until smoothe.

Enjoy!FRESH!

JUMPSTART GREEN DRINK

1 Cup ice1 Cup fresh spinach1/2 Cup cucumber1/2 Celery, chopped1 Apple, chopped1/4 Orange1/4 Cup Pineapple1 Carrot1 Cup water or coconut water

Place all ingredients n blender as listed. Blend until smoothe.

MINTY BLUE SMOOTHIE

1 Cup ice2 Cups fresh spinach2 Cups fresh blueberries1 kiwi peeled, chopped3-4 fresh mint leaves1 Cup water or coconut water

Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend until smoothe.
