Step 1: Take an empty bowl, add
milk, sugar, gelatine and
little salt to it and mix it
very well.
Step 2: Cook it for 5 minute with
low blow till gelatine
dissolves.
Step 3: Add plain yogurt to it. As
yogurt is fat free, you will
get a healthy dessert at the
end.
Step 4: Add vanilla extract for
good smell and taste
Step 5: Stir it well till all the
ingredients gets mixed up.
Step 6: Chill it for hours and pour
it into frozen yogurt
machine according to
manufacturer’s instruction.
Step 7: Take fresh frozen yogurt out from machine
Step 8: Add your favourite toppings. You can use fruits for topping on Frozen
