    ABSTRACT

    The main aim of "e- Shopping" is to improve the services of Customers and vendors. It

    maintains the details of customer payments, product receipts, addition of new customers,

    products and also updating, deletion for the same. It also stores the details of invoices generated

    by customer and payments made by them with all Payments details like credit card. The primary

    features of the project entitled "ONLINE SHOPPING" are high accuracy, design flexibility and

    easy availability. And also it uses database tables Representing entities and relationships between

    entities.

    The Internet has become an essential part of our daily life, companies realize that Internet can be

    a shopping channel to reach existing and potential consumers.

    In the early ages of Business-to-Consumer e-commerce it was claimed to level the playing for

    the little guy this set out a mad dash of new companies setting up a web only presence that

    failed to draw in the expected crowds .

    The problems that this website failed was due to many reasons that finally saw some closure of

    some companies.

    Although this was one dent knocking the advantages of online shopping, this did not discourage

    other companies to have a dab at the market. In some way they have been successful, as

    PricewaterhouseCoopers reporting sales have doubled, which leads to Forrester Research

    producing yearly predictions of sales figures in the billions, the companies want to have a share

    of this market.
