Movies of the Week

You must be NCI level 2 or 3 to sign-up and participate. If you have a conflicting call-out or work assignment, you are not to sign up or come to the gym. First place winners in each event will receive a $5 voucher for a feed of the Recreation Specialists’ choosing. First place winners will also receive certificates. Sign-up sheets are in the housing units. All sign-up sheets will be picked up on Tuesday, November 3rd. If you have any questions please contact Recreation Specialist G. Gross with an inmate communi-cation form. Place form in the Activities/Recreation Box.

Changes for

November Greetings, due to the upcoming holidays in November, Commissary has made some changes for November. Please note the double spending limits set for your institution. Note: this does not mean you submit two commissary orders; you are still limited to one order per week. New Schedule for November:

November 2-6 - Normal

commissary operations.

November 9-13 - Double

spending limits for CCCF, CRCI, DRCI, MCCF, OSCI, OSP, SCI, SCCI, SFFC, and WCCF

November 16-20 - Double

spending limits for SRCI, PRCF EOCI and TRCI

Commissary distribution will be closed. We will be only processing orders and setting up distribution sites for the following holiday buying period week. November 30 - Holiday buying period begins.

The process to order birth certificates and social security cards will be changing in the upcoming months. Below are the dates in which institutions will begin implementing the new process. Once the process starts, you will send all Birth Certificate and Social Security Card requests to your Institution Records Office. Continue to follow the current process for your institution until the date listed. Please Note: Replacement Social Security Cards cannot be ordered until you are 6 months to release. DO NOT SEND your requests until the assigned date for your current institution. If you send your request to the Records Office before the assigned date, it will be returned to you.
