1. A deposit is required to confirm all events listed in the brochure, Final payment is required no later than Friday 4th November 2016 for all Christmas and New Year Party Nights. Final payment for Private Dining will be stipulated in the agreement.

2. For residential bookings a £50 deposit is required per room then final payment is required by Thursday 1st December 2016. All payments including deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

3. We reserve the right to move the event to an alternative room, subject to numbers, without prior notice.

4. Accommodation rates are based on two people sharing a signature twin/double bedroom and include a full English breakfast, unless otherwise stated.

5. Accommodation rates are advertised at a from price and are subject to change.

6. Bedroom upgrades are available, prices are available on request.

7. Supplements apply for single occupancy and upgraded rooms.

8. Whilst our hotel is family friendly, restrictions apply to children at certain events and should be checked with the hotel prior to booking.

9. Children sharing adults’ room are restricted to a maximum of two children under 12 years old, subject to availability of suitable rooms. An infant is classed aged 0 - 2 years and a child 3 - 12 years. Children 13 years and above are charged the full adult price.
