DIRECTORSDIRECTORSDIRECTORS

Dear Fellow Lot Owners/Friends:

Well we survived another May long weekend, and the weather that usually accompanies it. This weekend looks better, and I hope everyone will be in the Resort to enjoy it. The AGM is only one week away. Again, I truly hope each and every one of you can attend---I will be there. I will also be upstairs in the clubhouse from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. this Saturday to address any questions you may have in general, or pertaining to the AGM. Let's always keep the communication lines open!! Our very first social activity is planned for Saturday in the form of a "pub and games night". This is an excellent opportunity to renew acquaintances, and meet new lot owners. Everything is in good shape, owners seem happy, not much more to say in this message -- so in the meantime be good to yourselves, and remember: be safe, be happy, be Carefree. Points to ponder: As a young boy I remember my Mother giving me a dollar and sending me off to the store, I would come back with 5 potatoes, a loaf of bread, bottle of milk, large Coke, a hunk of cheese, and 6 eggs. Certainly can't do that today---too many security cameras!

You can usually tell a lot about a woman's mood by her hands. If they are holding a gun, she is probably very unhappy.

Best regards,

Dennis Herr

GOLF CART INSURANCE

As you know, we require proof of insurance for all golf carts as per

policy, and have been enforcing this for a few years.

Please bring in your current proof of liability insurance to the Office in

order to receive your required ‘16’ sticker. We will be looking for your name,

expiry date and specification that the golf cart is in fact covered. If the insur-

ance you submitted last year is still viable, come into the office and we will

give you your sticker.

Golf carts found driving around the resort without a ‘16’ sticker will be

escorted back to their respective lots, and should remain parked until the

sticker has been issued. If a golf cart is caught without the appropriate stick-

er more than once, a fine of $25.00 will be issued to the lot owner. Repeat

offenders can expect increasing penalties including having their golf cart

removed from the resort.

We are confident that this procedure will ensure that our Carefree

community is a safer place for all residents.

For more information regarding golf carts, please see current policy

statements.
