Hello Westside Families –
We have deemed this Friday as RED & WHITE Day in support of the Kimberly Papermakers Football team who will be playing in the State Championship Game! Good Luck Papermakers!!
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17 – NOON DISMISSAL
• ALL STUDENTS will be dismissed at NOON • Busses and daycare vans will transport students at noon • NO AFTER SCHOOL Care will be provided by Westside staff • If your child attends Y-CARE at Westside, please make arrangements directly with them. • Please discuss your plan with your child (ren) to avoid confusion – thank you!

From Student Council
Canned Food Drive is extended until NEXT WEDNESDAY, November 22. Please consider donating canned goods if you haven’t already! Our staff will deliver the goods to a local food pantry after school next Wednesday.
From our Clothes Closet Committee
Donations Needed – We are currently in need of boys athletic pants. Please drop off any donations in the school office! Thank you!
Parent-Teacher Conferences – Monday, November 20 - 2:00 Dismissal
Please see the attached information regarding our 2:00 dismissal on both conference days – ALL STUDENTS are dismissed at 2:00 and there is no supervision provided by Westside staff – see the flyer for details.
Book Fair
Our Book Fair will be in full swing during Parent Teacher Conferences and during school hours. Stop by while you’re at conferences and do some shopping!!
November 23 & 24 – NO SCHOOL – Happy Thanksgiving!

Parent Teacher Conference Reminders Monday, November 20 and Thursday, November 30
5:00-8:00 (You should have received your scheduled conference time from your child’s teacher last week.)
ALL STUDENTS will be dismissed at 2:00 on both days
