• One or two days absent

• Send a note to main office when he/she returns

• Check teacher’s website for work or talk to teacher before or when student returns

• At least 3 days absent

• Contact Cindy Garza, counselor’s administrative assistant, 24 hours in advance about extended absence

• Pick up assignments in counseling office

• Send a note (personal or doctor’s notice) to main office when he/she returns

• Contact the teacher to set appointment by phone or email

• Conference with Group of Teachers

• Contact your child’s counselor and the counselor will set the group appointment.

• Tutoring

• Students can go to any teacher

• Tutoring schedule for all teachers is available on school website under Student tab

• Lunch time and after School tutoring available

• After School Tutoring in Library

(transportation provided to students attending tutoring the entire time)
