Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice bread horizontally and vertically into 1” cubes/sticks - the pattern will look like a checkboard. Do not slice all the way through — leave bottom of the loaf intact with the sliced pieces attached.Combine cheeses, and gently stuff cheese into the bread. Stuff between vertical slices first, then fill in the horizontal spaces.Transfer to a sheet of foil. Melt butter, then pour evenly over the loaf. Wrap tightly in foil.Bake 20 mins. Uncover the top, bake 10 min more, until cheese is totally melted and the top is crispy. Serve immediately. Adapted from thekitchn.com
