why we introduced a new product in the yogurt market because people want to

change own taste in every day people do fad up passage of time with one product

with one taste thats why we introduced a new taste.

Our Idea:

Our idea is manufactured and start the own business and introduced a new

Our target market is Lahore city and above 8 years old male and

female and specially targeted to diet and taste con persons and

income level is 15000.

Milk requires:

We will get milk for making yogurt from dairy forms place in near to

(sghiapul) we get milk from dairy forms as per requirement and make to

yogurt.

Process:

Boiled milk at temperature of 180 degree during this we add flavoured

powered and mixed it after that we mixed a little bit yogurt in milk.when the

temperature of milk was 110 degree after that we placed the mixture between

the temp of 180 and 110 degree for its final and freez the all pack and ready

the yogurt.

Price

Comparison against Competitors Price:

As we are new company in market we have low prices as compared to many

competitors in market. Many monopolistic companies are charging high prices

which the lower and medium class cannot afford but compared to them we are

charging relatively lower prices and we are concerned with not only price, we are

offering long life products with quality. We set the price our new product after the

survey of milk market .when we conduct the survey we find different values of

different brand yogurts for example if I see our major and big competitor Milkpak

and haleeb almost we see in the market milkpak and haleeb Has 60rs so we make

the price 400gm RS 55 and 200gm 30 RS in both of the products. When customer

see our product he must be attract to our product because he get new taste and new

thing only RS in 55 with ispaghol flavor So, customer must be attract to our

product.

Place:

We will make our head office in DHA where we manufacture the yogurt then

we supply the our product to retailer through the distributer chanel.

We should adopt different ways to promote new products for example:

Advertisements:

We can promote our product through TV advertisement which is helpful to

increase the customer satisfaction and awareness in the consumers about the

product how it is healthy and quality.

Free sample testing:

We can provide free sample to door to door service, provide to market (market

testing) and provide to retailer shops.

Contract with bus services:

We can advertise our new product through bus services we paint to all bus with

new color full easily removable paints.

Placing stalls:

We can place the stalls in front of schools, college and universities and different

places where many customers to attract.

BILLBOARD:

We can place bill boards in major and famous places.

NEWSPAPER:

We can also advertise through newspapers because in urban areas every one likes

to read news paper in daily basis so its a beneficial for us.

One purchaser who purchase different material for the production of flavored yogurt. One Financial Manager will require. 3 persons will require for the sales and marketing of the product. 5 persons will require as a labor who will work for the production and also packing of the

product.

1 person will require controlling the quality of the purchase material as well as productquality at the time of production.

One cashier will also require to responsible for the cash. One unloaded person for the unload of the product. One driver also requires. One guard also requires for the safety.

The total people require for the production and other activities are 20 persons. The management

team of the organization is also the active partners and owner of the company. These five people

are managing and sharing all the work and activities like managerial, administrative, andmarketing function.

Danish Faraz did his MBA from University of Central Punjab. He is fresh entrepreneur student

of University of Central Punjab.

The supervisor of all the departments related to this product.

He is responsible for overseeing the activities of all the Chiefs and managers in the center.

Resources required/availability:

It is very important to know about that what resources are required to make the product. And also

know about which resources are available now. These resources are must require to making the

flavored yogurt.

We must require the machinery for manufacturing the yogurt. We also require the land to make the plant of the yogurt manufacturing. We need machinery for provide heat to make the fermentation from milk. We need financial resources to make plant and buy raw material. e.g. milk Labour is requiring manufacturing and handling the machinery that is use in

manufacturing.

Distributors team also requires promoting the product. Company must have the supply chain structure to sell out the product. Different raw materials like fruits & milk must be available. Attractive and hygienic packaging must be available for sales promotion of yoghurt. Different calcium requires making healthy yogurt. Organic foods must be available to make the yogurt.

Management requirements:

As management team in our Yogurt Plant, you will provide leadership, guidance and supervision

to employees in the areas of production, sanitation, quality, and safety. This position will focus

on all activities and process that affect the production of cheese products. The Production

Supervisor directly supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts

and areas.

These all resources must be requiring making or manufacturing the product.
