PRESENTERS Damon Sump- Profile Products Damon has spent the last twenty-five years in the erosion control and landscape industries. He is a long-time resident of Oregon, and currently spends his time consulting on projects providing innovative reclamation and erosion control solutions. Matt Motz- Flexamat Matt is the President of Motz Enterprises, the creators of Flexamat, an erosion control product. Matt and his wife are the proud parents of two sons, with a third child due in July. Despite living in the Midwest, Matt is an avid skier and enjoys visiting the Rockies any chance he gets. Christopher Quirk- Naue Bsc (Hons,) MSc, C. Geol is a Regional Director of NAUE GmbH & Co. KG, Germany responsible for all of NAUE’s activities in North America. Member of the British Standards Committee for Geosynthetics. Regularly gives seminars & lectures on Geosynthetics.
