National Science Week WorkshopAges 6+The 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein has inspired the theme of National Science Week 2018 – Game Changers and Change Makers. Our workshop takes inspiration from the topics explored in Frankenstein, such as biotechnologies, prosthetics, bionics, and ethics, as we explore cybernetic technology. We’ll learn about technology that has helped people, from the Cochlear ear to insulin pumpsand robotic limbs, while inventing a plan for our own helpful technology!
