Free Demonstration Fitness Classes at Sports Pavilion
Test out that fitness class you have been dying to try with our Free Demo Classes in August.
No registration necessary, just come to Sports Pavilion, the day and time of your class, and get ready
to get your sweat on! It’s a perfect opportunity to “Try before you Buy!”

All sessions are held at Sports Pavilion Lawrence at Rock Chalk Park, 100 Rock Chalk
Lane. No registration necessary, just show up for the class. TRX classes have limited
equipment, and will allowing participants on a first come/ first serve basis.
