Finishing:Heavily starch main body of angel and wings. Cut a 12” diameter circle of stiff paper and form a cone that is approximately 6” in diameter at base. If paper is not water resistant over cone with plastic wrap.Shape starched body over cone, shaping ruffles and arms. Allow to dry completely.Shape wings and allow to dry completely on flat surface.Sew two bells and one evergreen between ruffles.Sew head to body and hair to top of head. Sew win
