Membership
May our Auxiliary begin to rebuild in membership and stay strong. We did lose somewhat in our mem-
ber count the end of September but let’s start to look to the future and start to work to the better-ment of our club. If we strive to work together we
can accomplish much. Remember that a great Christmas gift is a gift of membership for a family
member or friend. May you all enjoy a Blessed Christmas and a Very Happy New Year of 2018.
From The Membership Team
Auxiliary Secretary's Message Sister’s the auxiliary membership had a
large drop the end of September. With the dues now all due on the date of May 31st of each year it
all comes at the same time. With our move, our building may be smaller but there is still the warmth
of friendship and activities inside our new home. Stop by and enjoy the club spirit. We are still busy working on our bazaar and our charities by having
functions to raise money for the various things. Hope to see you at the club.
Alice Flock, Secretary

HOLIDAY BAZAAR NOVEMBER 18TH
The auxiliary will be holding the Holiday Bazaar on November 18th we will be needing items for our
craft table, our next to new table and our Christ-mas table. And we will have our baker table with all kinds of goodies. We will this year have BBQ,
chips, pickle, and cake available for lunch. The time is from 8:30 am to 1 pm. Please plan on bringing
your items if you can donate something for the ba-zaar by Friday the 17th. We will also be having our raffle items. This is a fundraiser for our auxiliary so we ask for your support and donation. We could also use volunteers– it is a fun time, please contact Alice
flock at 608-769-7331 if interested.
Madam President’s Message
Sisters, It’s getting to be that time of year again when the hustle and bustle start. There are
so many activities happening at the club in the next two months. I hope everyone enjoyed the Halloween party. Can you say South Dakota tiddly-winks? Thanks Becky for all you do. The Auxiliary Christmas Bazaar is coming up Nov 18th. If you would like to donate or help at the ba-zaar, please contact Becky Wilhelm or Alice Flock. With Thanksgiving coming up, think of all the things and people you are thankful for. Especially enjoy and share with your family and friends. The Auxiliary will only have one meeting in December. It is the first Thursday of December. I will be collecting monetary donations for New Horizons. Every year we adopt 3 families and purchase Christmas presents so their families can have a happy holiday. My granddaughter, Chelsey and I generally go shopping the 2 weeks before Christmas. I would like to congratulate Alice on a job well done. As Great Lakes Regional President, she was in charge of the program for our Regional Conference. It was very in-formative and for the first time, it was joint (men and women) together. My friends, if you want to know what your Auxiliary is doing, come to a meeting, volunteer when you can, or sign up a new member. We not only need to sign new members, but we need to retain the ones we have. The Eagles are People Helping People with the Aerie and Auxilliary working together Happy Holidays, Your President, Mary Barris —————————————————————
TAILGATE PARTY FOR STATE PROJECT THANK YOU
We would like to thank all those who supported our
State Project Tailgate party by attending and to
those who gave cash donations. We raised $387. It is
for our homeless Vets of Wisconsin. You are all the
GREATEST!!
