L’Institut FEMTO-ST est un des plus grands laboratoires français dans le domaine des sciences de l’ingénieur. À travers son département Temps- fréquence, détenteur du record du monde pour la mesure du temps à 10-14 secondes, FEMTO-ST est au côté de l’Institut UTINAM, un acteur majeur du laboratoire d’excellence FIRST-TF qui vise à développer des projets pouvant servir à un grand nombre d’applications

dans le domaine de l’environnement, du spatial et des télécommunications.

Porteurs de l’équipement d’excellence EquipEX OSCILLATOR-IMP, FEMTO-ST et UTINAM réalisent aujourd’hui la plateforme métrologique dédiée à la stabilité des fréquences. Elle permettra de raccorder entre elles différentes fréquences utilisées par diversoscillateurs et instruments de mesure.

The FEMTO-ST Institute is one of the largest laboratories in France in the area of engineering science. Through its Time-Frequency department, which holds the world record for time measurement to 10 14 seconds, FEMTO-ST works alongside the UTINAM institute, a major player of top laboratory FIRST TF which works on the development of projects for a large number of applications in the area of the environment, space and telecommunications.
