Our 300g Parma schnitzels are made with the highest quality real Aussie breast meat free from chemical and growth hormones. Sourced directly from local free-to-roam chickens and

farmed under RSPCA Approved high-welfare conditions in country Bendigo, Victoria.

Each schnitzel is crumbed by our chefs, layered with Virginia Champagne Ham, our famous Napoli sauce which is slow cooked for 8 hours based on our Nona’s traditional family recipe

and then covered in mozzarella cheese and oven grilled for the perfect melted cheese – Magnificent.
