    I. Special Thanks- Julie DairA. Innisbrook and See's Fundraisers- Francesca Forcucci, Kathy Smith, Brandy OeserB. Those who helped with decorating for the Holiday Program.C. Lisa Haase and 4th grade parents for Holiday Bazaar and bake sale. Also those who baked.D. Those who helped out with priming the boards over Winter Break for the Mural Project.

    II. Guest Speakers- Michael Cappelli, PS Arts Theater TeacherA. Michael is process oriented and interested in what the kids are doing. His classes are movementoriented.B. Each class is starting to work on a production with the start of the new semester.C. Michael is here on Wednesdays and Thursdays and parents are welcome to observe anytime.

    D. Parental involvement is helpful. Michael can be reached at [email protected]. Please see attached document for more information about the program.

    III. School/Instructional Reports- Principal's Report- Olivia AdamsA. Coffee with the Principal is this Friday.B. Due to the early school start, we are already starting the 2nd semester, so everything is going to feelearlier. For example, the 2nd round of parent/teacher conferences are sooner and state testing will takeplace in April instead of May.C. Quarterly Math Assessments will be given next week. Feel free to check with your child's teacher toget feedback on how your child is doing.D. The last day of school will be June 7.

    IV. Officer and Council ReportsA. President- Julie Dair

    1. Continuing to work on bulletin boards in the Parent Center so people can be up-to-date on what isgoing on.

    B. VP Fundraising- Brandy Oeser1. The Annual Fund Matching goal in December was met! We are currently at $80,000 in pledges anddonations. The Participation Drive is coming up in February to try to get as many families as possibleto donate.2. The first auction meeting will be this Monday. The auction will be held April 13.3. We earned $6,000 from Ralph's last quarter. This brings our total from Ralph's for the year to$15,263.30, which is over $3,000 more than we expected for the year!4. We are going to be having a Mom's paddle board event to raise money.5. There are 2 Walgroovies in January.

    a. Tea on January 20.

    b. Moon Viewing on January 26.6. Community Day will be February 2.

    V. Old BusinessA. Green Team Update- Emiko Kuwata

    1. Irrigation is being installed for the Wildlands.2. The big install is planned for Earth Day week-end, April 20-21.

    VI. New BusinessA. Yearbook- Dana Tasker

    1. Due to school getting out earlier this year, due dates for dedications will be moved up, so pleaseget things in by dates requested.
