From the HOA Board…
As this new year commences it may be worthwhile to take note of how our community came to be
and how we always strive to be good neighbors with those around us.
Four Seasons at Gold Hill was developed as part of a planned development, incorporating both
residential and commercial property. The county approved the planned development, but in so
doing, prohibited certain types of businesses from the commercial property (e.g. fast food chains).
All of the current enterprises fall well within the allowable business types.
The current owner of the commercial property, known as Gold Hill Traditions, has always been a
good neighbor to us and many of our residents patronize the individual businesses housed on the
commercial property. Indeed, some of our residents volunteer their time to work with the staff and
students of the Village Montessori School, which is most admirable.
Recently, there have been incidents of residents being less than neighborly to business owners and
their patrons. We would caution that all of the businesses in Gold Hill Traditions are our neighbors and
that each should be treated with respect. If a resident has what they perceive to be a problem, the
appropriate action is to contact the Board or the Clubhouse Director and not take it upon themselves
to confront a business owner, staff or patron. Thank You
From your ACC (Architectural Control Committee)…
From Grounds Committee...
The Grounds Committee
Wishes You A
Happy and Healthy NEW YEAR
Townhouse Irrigation Committee...
I want to thank the Four Season’s Community, Town Home Owners and
Single Family Owners, for their help in reporting broken heads and leaks
while on their walks.
Wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Ken Danberg
WELCOME COMMITTEE: Our committee was delighted to welcome 20+ newcomers
into our community in 2017. As most know, we meet with new residents to discuss
our community's rules, regulations, clubs and events. Our thanks to the Fort Mill
residents who do their part in ensuring our new residents are warmly welcomed into
activities they attend. We look forward to continuing our Welcome Committee ef-
forts in 2018. A personal thank you to all on this committee for their enthusiasm and
dedication.
Thank You…
…for keeping Four Seasons beautiful with all the prompt replacements you’ve made of the dying, or poor-looking trees & shrubbery.
Just a little reminder…
outside Holiday decorations should be taken down by January 15th.
