    Technology manual

    1. Applicable to rolling plate SystemAccessories

    Attachments using a revolutionarydevice, technology can be simple andfast way to roll steel plate, only needan operator

    The main accessories are:- Coil feeding plateform

    In addition to feed the sheet to the plate rollingmachine,it also can be tilted by hydraulic cylinderplate (1.1), to offer an important support in thepre-bending stage (1.2), while it usually requirescrane (1.3) for auxiliary support, and also need otheroperators to help,besides from one to another piece ofsteel plate rolling precision is difficult to control (nolockout rolling radius for crane).

    Former support (in the feed side) (1.4) with a hook and driven unit(1.4.1), functions are:

    - To rotate the plate in the rolling process

    - "To promote the board to return" when rolling towards the end, avoiding because of own weight,theplate end was crushed into the roller then flatten.

    -When the roll at the end of the process to locate both ends of the plate for welding (1.5.1).

    - Formal support also with roller to support simultaneously tilt the plate.

    In other types of machines, all of these operations will be done by the crane, which not only waste alot of time lost, but slso the implementation will be difficult.

    End support (in the feed side) to support the completion of the plate keeping expected rollingcurvature (1.7), avoiding opening again because of its ownweight.

    It is also equipped with a roller to support the tilted plate tokeep roll shape.

    Vertical support (1.8), with a steering roller to support the plate to maintain the correct diameter

    during the entire roll, but not with the crane.

    These accessories can make an operator to complete therolling process, and only use the crane to put the plate on the feeding platform and roll out completeroll piece.

    2 rolling prosessing

    (The following description starts from the plate on theleft side of the sheet feed stage)

    1 It shall make a clear marker at the central and 1 / 4position according to the geometry (2.1) before put inthe sheet feeding table in the board.

    2 - Rising the right side roller to positive the plate(2.2).Bit plate until is located in the central roller,andthe edge of plate contacts and parallel to the rightroller of the rolling machine(2.2.1)

    3 - Through rising lower roller until it rolls up under the pressure of top roller and clamping platecloser (2.3)

    Clamping pressure varies with the thickness. The correct

    pressure can be observed through the plate prebending shapeto find. If the shape is "convex waist" of the (spindle defects),indicating that clamping pressure is too low; if the shape is thewaist of the (drum defect), indicating that clamping pressure istoo large.

    4 - After aligning the plate, totally declines the under pressureroller (2.4)

    5 - Move plate back, about reaching the two center rollers axisposition (2.5)

    6 - Pre-bending stage:

    a) Tilts the left pressure roller (2.6.1). tilted values must be found by experiment or experience.

    Because the bending machine is equipped with CNC system, this value has been calculatedaccording to the nature of the previous board out, rolling parameters can be set in accordance withthe implementation. However, these values are theoretical,just a referene to the operator.

    b) Rising the left pressure roller (2.6.2) to the right place toget the desired diameter. The position is found throughtesting or experience.Because the bending machine is equipped with CNC system,this value has been calculated according to the nature of theprevious board out, rolling parameters can be set inaccordance with the implementation. However, these valuesare theoretical,just a referene to the operator.

    c) To figure (2.6.3) rising support in such a way to support the weight of plate.

    d) Raising the feed device (2.6.4) to support the weight of theremaining block plate. This requires continuous control of theplate to prevent the risk of plate production decline

    e) Move forward the plate to over the axis of right side roller(2.6.5).

    SHREWD OPERATIONS TO MAKE:At this point, with the appropriate template in diameter obtained by two inspection.

    Templates must be as close as to the center of pressure rollers(2.6.5.1).If you get two in diameter are correct, then mark down the lateralroll tilted position and the value of the position at the prebendingstage in the CNC.So that it is convinent to roll the same parameters piece in thefuture.

    If the diameter is less than the required diameter,it must rotate the plate back to the starting positionthen re-forward spin, and check to fix the defect diameter(2.6.5.2). In this action the board will be opened again becauseof its own weight.

    If the roll diameter larger than required, do not try to correct it atthis stage, but to correct it with the help of the left side roller. Ifthe correction is at this stage, the rolling diameter will cause

    irregular.

    f) Plate bending is now complete. Continue to decline the feed platform, the left front support andpressure roller at this point (2.6.6).

    Note: The left side roller position (2.6.6.3) must not be completely dropped, and in the high then

    7 - Coiled sheet:a) Tilt the right side roller (2.7.1). Tilted number is found bytesting or experience of the operator.Because the bending machine is equipped with CNC system,this value has been calculated according to the nature of theprevious board out, rolling parameters can be set inaccordance with the implementation. However, these valuesare theoretical,just a referene to the operator.

    b) Rising the right roller (2.7.2) to the right place to get the desired diameter.

    The location must be found by experiment or experience.

    Because the bending machine is equipped with CNC system,this value has been calculated according to the nature of theprevious board out, rolling parameters can be set in accordancewith the implementation. However, these values aretheoretical,just a referene to the operator.

    c) Fully fall the down pressure roller (2.7.3) and set the bending machine to "re-rolling" mode(correction), only has the power to the upper roller.

    d) Move plate forward to roll stageNote: At this stage, the following is important:

    - Roll diameter shall be measured on the right to use thetemplate on top of part of the roller (2.7.4.1)

    The correct position to be carried out in the sheet beforerolling to the right of 1-1.5 m above the part of the roller.

    e) When the rolling begins rise back support to the plate

    with enough support (2.7.5)

    f) When the first mark (plate length of 1 / 4) in the plate ,consistent with the two center roller,starts the pre-promotion,enabling plate rotate in accordance with its axis, until the axisparallel to the center of pressure rollers . (2.7.6)Then return the promotion to the starting position.

    h) Re-use the promote to make the center line of the plateparallel to the machine's center of pressure rollers.

    i) Continue to roll until the end plate near the front edge ofsupport.

    d) When the plate reaches the center of the two pressure roller,the rolling process is completed.(2.8.4)

    At this point

    - Carefully clean the accumulation of any waste in the plate.

    - Down the right side roller, pulling back the plate,makes its pressure on the left roller.

    - Check with the template obtained diameter.If correct, use the back support and the promote as well as vertical support to arrange the two edgeof the plate in one.Ready to board for soldering.If the diameter is not correct, use the right roller plate rolling again.
