The year 2005 was fateful for the Paraguayan Freemasonry. An unprecedented crisis due to absolutely profane motiva-tions ended in a division into two groups: Those who ad-hered to Masonic principles defended the institutionalism and those who sought the help of profane power to take control of the Symbolic Freemasonry and seize their tem-ples. This sad reality and its consequences was reported in detail in the first edition of the magazine “Truth between Columns” and as a consequence, the Regular Masonic Orb ended up understanding what happened in the crisis of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay, and recognizing the le-gitimate authorities elected by the Masonic people, as their authentic representatives.

The Inter-American Masonic Confederation (CMI) had a preponderant role, since it was in charge of investigating what happened in situ, sending a triangle of Grand Masters, in order to gather reports and evidence. As a result, they decided to recognize the natural lineage. The same deci-sion was taken by the World Conference of Regular Grand Lodges, the United Grand Lodge of England and finally the

Conference of Grand Masters Masons in North America, not to mention that more than a hundred other Grand Lodges also did it individually. But when everything seemed clear and the authentic Para-guayan Freemasonry worked regularly, one of the assassins of Master Hiram’s reappeared on the scene: the lie. Yes, the lie that seeks to confuse and manipulate at any cost, but now with the help of operators who, devoid of impartiality, making the choirs in this dangerous opera. But since the truth cannot be hidden, the authentic Sym-bolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay, the continuation of the his-torical trunk of Paraguayan Freemasonry, presents through this dossier, the documented truth of the actions of the Grand Orient of Paraguay, a kind of marriage between the Irregular symbolism and the Supreme Council of the 33 Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for Paraguay. We present “The Truth between Columns” in its Second Edition, in the certainty that Truth will once again emerge triumphant, to the Glory of the Great Architect of the Universe.

Before the existence of the Grand Orient of Paraguay, the then Very Powerful Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree was formed by the Supreme Council of Brazil in the year 1871. The existing historical documents teach that the Grand Orient of Paraguay is constituted as National Freemasonry on June 4, 1895 and that its statutes are admitted by its members on June 12 of the same year. We can also observe that the Executive Power of the nation approves its bylaws on June 28, 1895.

In 1906, the Masonic Constitution of the Grand Orient of Para-guay was approved and on May 13, 1923, the Masonic people sworn the Code and the General Regulations of the Grand Orient of Paraguay. That is where the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay was born, which is together with the Supreme Council a part of the Grand Orient of Paraguay. Neither the Grand Lodge nor the Supreme Council had legal existence, only ideal. That is to say, they did not have legal personality individually and all the goods were in the name of the Grand Orient of Paraguay since it was the only institution recognized by the Paraguayan State.

In that kind of marriage, the Supreme Council always had an enormous ascendancy over the Grand Lodge. And that is ex-plainable, because aside than living both powers under the same legal entity covering both and being the Scottish Rite the oldest, it also resorted to amity and peace treaties, all of them actually documents that ensured mutual dependence and a promiscuous relationship contrary to regular Masonic customs due to the lack of autonomy of the Symbolism.

The masonic crisis of 2005 showed this situation, because un-til that moment the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay, al-though it existed and was recognized by the regular Masonic world, was not such for the Paraguayan state. This is the logi-cal explanation of why the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay acquires the status of a legal entity in 2006 under the Grand Mastership of M. W. Bro Ignacio Mendoza Unzaín, while the group with the same denomination recently acquired it in 2013 under the presidency of D. Bro. Carlos Quiñonez. At present, several properties in which are Temples where ex-clusively symbolic lodges are working and obeying the Grand Master of Eduardo Dedoff are in the name of the Grand Orient of Paraguay. This issue is not minor considering that the Agreements signed in California (2009) and in Arlington (2010) to search for the Paraguayan Freemasonry Unity after the crisis in 2005, clearly and categorically established the divi-sion of the property of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay with respect to the Supreme Council and the Grand Orient of

Paraguay. That could not happen since the GLSP member of the GOP had no existence or legal status. And the Supreme Council either. Trying to show some independence, that Grand Lodge and the Supreme Council signed several Treaties of Peace and Amity, the last one in 2.017, in which they made clear their administrative autonomies but always omitting the terms that link them in the figure of the Grand Orient of Para-guay. The Association of the Grand Orient of Paraguay has them tied up and to try to take a sterile advantage of this re-lationship, the unrecognized GLSP brags about the history of the GOP, passing itself off as a centenarian without taking into account that the original Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay was born in the year 1923.

These are the properties of the Taxpayer Registration Number (RUC) 80040916-7, named Grand Orient of Paraguay (that is, the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Republic of Paraguay presided by. Jorge Goldenberg and the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Para-guay, presided by Eduardo Dedoff):

With a Cadastral Current Account # 29-0493-02, Block # 41-A, Lot # 07, the Owner of the Do-main is: Grand Orient of Paraguay with a Taxpayer ID # 80040916-7In this building are working Symbolic Lodges like Al-borada del Amambay, Cerro Corá and Caballeros del Templo (of the Dedoff group). The particularity of this large area is that the GOP owns the social space. The side of the Temple, Hall of Banquets and the entrance are in the name of the Association Brotherhood with-out Borders (a Lodge that belongs to the Grand Lodge chaired by Grand Master Edgar Sánchez).

• Estate # 4183, District of San Roque, City of Asunción, Repub-lic of Paraguay. With Cadastral Current Account # 12-085-7, the owner of the Domain is: Aseguradora del Este S.A. with a Taxpayer ID # 80025781-2.

In this building, called “Solar Genesis”, also acquired by the Grand Orient of Paraguay, there are temples in which some lodges of the capital work under the command of Eduardo Dedoff. It is located next to the administrative offices of the self-proclaimed “Centennial Grand Symbolic Lodge of Paraguay”.

tral Current Account No. 26-685-12. The Owner of the Domain is: Grand Orient of Paraguay. The Taxpayer ID is # 80040916-7.• Estate # 6318, District of Villarrica, Department of Guairá, Re-public of Paraguay, Municipal IP # 5084. Owner of the Domain: Grand Orient of Paraguay with a Taxpayer ID # 80040916-7.

All these buildings where symbolic lodges are working legally depend on the Supreme Council and the Grand Lodge under the entity of the Grand Orient of Paraguay.Interestingly, and due to some “confusion”, the self-styled “Centennial” GLSP invokes its headquarters in the Historical Temple of Palma Street. This property individualized as Estate # 381 of the district of La Encarnacion in the Capital city, with a Cadastral Current Account # 10-412-21, belongs in fact to the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Republic of Paraguay with a Taxpayer ID # 80074149-8. Finally, at the end of 2010, the authorities of the Grand Orient of Paraguay in the persons of Carlos Quiñonez (GM GLSP) and Jorge Goldenberg (SGC of SC33) decided to buy a property in which the administrative offices of the GLSP now operate. The “Solar Herrera” was purchased by the Supreme Council and the Grand Lodge just one year after signing (and their Craft breaching) the Arlington Agreement that committed Quiñonez Grand Lodge to separate the real estate from any other Masonic body. Any doubt now about their will to Unify Paraguayan Freemasonry as expressed with the signatures of the Agreements?

The Solar Herrera, headquarters of the administrative offices of the “Centennial”, was acquired by the Grand Orient of Paraguay on January 7 of the year 2011 in a Guarantee Trust Agreement with a Financial Entity.

On December 27, 2010 (same year of the signing the Arlington agreement), Carlos Quiñonez then President of the GOP and GM of the faction led today by Dedoff, reported the decision to make use of the offer for the purchase of the property on behalf of the GOP. The place is the headquarters of that GL.

The purchase of the former Gallery El Paso by the Grand Orient of Paraguay naked two realities: The GLSP today led by Dedoff had no autonomy therefore has the figure of the GOP was not so despi-sed. And it shows that there was never an intention to comply with the international agreements signed with the GLSP recognized worldwide under Sanchez.


In the California Charter, strict compliance clauses were estab-lished, such as: “The position of the Grand Master will be filled by each of them (Ignacio Mendoza and Nemesio Lichi), for a period of six months, for one year”. The order had to be agreed. What hap-pened in Paraguay? The group of Nemesio Lichi (today Eduardo Dedoff) did not approve this condition. Another agreed point was: “Both will try to redistribute the real estate and other assets of the Grand Orient of Paraguay, between the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay and the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Republic of Paraguay. The goods acquired by the group led by Bro. Ignacio Mendoza will remain in the name of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay”.

What was the outcome? The bonding of the GLSP led by Lichi was more solid with the Supreme Council and far from redistributing real estate they acquired more for the Grand Orient of Paraguay. It turns out that at that time the GLSP of Lichi did not even have the capacity or autonomy to buy, sell, or yield even a pin. Why? Because that Grand Lodge had no legal existence, it did not have an identity card as a subject of law. That is, it DID NOT EXIST as a legal entity. But they did it only in 2013 by Decree of the Executive Power of the Republic of Paraguay whereas the GLSP of Ignacio Mendoza had a legal existence, with legal status, with autonomy and freedom to buy and sell since 2006. It was already subject to Law and Obligations.

The Arlington Agreement signed on February 21st, 2010 was even more specific. In addition to “revalidating the decision to UNIFY Paraguayan Freemasonry, it RATIFIED what was agreed (but un-fulfilled by the group of Carlos Quiñonez, then Grand Master). In the TENTH article of the Agreement, it was established that “The parties will present Sworn Statements of their Patrimonial State on April 9th, 2010. Each of them will be responsible for canceling their respective liabilities, not being able to oblige the other party to respond or cover the obligations assumed individually and sep-arately. From now on, the goods of Paraguayan Symbolic Freema-sonry will be absolutely detached from any other Masonic Body.”

Point EIGHTEEN stated “That the present agreement must be ap-proved by the respective Legislative Bodies until April 9, 2010 and be fully effective, no later than June 21, 2010. These deadlines are peremptory and non-extendable.”

The FIFTEENTH point was so forceful that it warned “That the Grand Master Elect who failed to comply with this agreement, as well as his Grand Staff will be unknown as such by the Inter-national Masonic Community, renouncing already to any type of recognition received or to be received.”

Among the signatories of the Arlington Agreement are illustrious representatives of Universal Masonry such as Thomas Jackson (then Executive Secretary of the World Conference of Regular Grand Lodges), Alan Englefield (then Grand Chancellor of the United Grand Lodge of England), Jean Claude Tardivat (then Grand Chancellor of the French National Grand Lodge) and Derek Dinsmore (current Grand Chancellor of the UGLE).

The authorities of the self-proclaimed “Centenarian Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay” at that time presided over by Carlos Quiñonez (now expelled from that Grand Lodge) and currently headed by Eduardo Dedoff, COULD NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT because to distribute Assets there must be an Institution with a capacity for that, and in that moment that Grand Lodge was NOT

BORN FOR THE PARAGUAYAN LAW, it was of IDEAL but not LE-GAL existence. Why did not they notice that before signing and obviously BREACHING the Agreements? All the properties were register on behalf of the GRAND ORIENT OF PARAGUAY (that is, SUPREME COUNCIL OF the 33rd Degree OF THE ANCIENT AND AC-CEPTED SCOTTISH RITE FOR THE REPUBLIC OF PARAGUAY and the SYMBOLIC GRAND LODGE OF PARAGUAY). They should have for-malized their existence first before contracting obligations, BUT THEY DID IT ONLY IN YEAR 2013, THREE years after the Agree-ment. It was a conscious and premeditated farce with the sole in-tention of extending a decision.

To this day, the Grand Orient of Paraguay concentrates in itself properties that belong to the unrecognized Symbolism led by Edu-ardo Dedoff.

The Arlington Agreement


On their official letterhead they say they have Civil Statutes approved on June 28th, 1895 by Decree No. 382 of the Execu-tive Power of the Republic of Paraguay. Do they not refer to the date of birth of the Grand Orient of Paraguay? They also say that they have their Constitutive Charter dated Novem-ber 15th, 1871, in which year the Supreme Council of Grade 33 is granted the Warrant from the Supreme Court of Brazil. Confusing? They invoke dates that do not belong to them. Here we present the institution legally born on January 24, 2013 by Decree No. 10,549 of the Executive Power of the Re-public of Paraguay.

Created on May 13th, 1923, by the Grand Orient of Para-guay, the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay was born with

an IDEAL but NOT LEGAL existence before the Paraguayan State. This is the same one that had schisms in the years 1.996 and 2005, and was only one, chaired by Grand Master Rein-aldo Domínguez Dibb as the last leader of the GLSP before the institutional split in November of 2005. After GM Domín-guez Dibb, M. W. Bro. Ignacio Mendoza Unzaín (today Edgar Sánchez) took over the Grand Mastership with the vote of the freemasons of the GLSP. On the other hand, the Profane Justice with strong influence of Carlos Quiñonez, usurped the Symbolic Temples, kidnaped the archives and charac-ters such as GM Nemesio Lichi (today Eduardo Dedoff) with the complicity of the Supreme Council of the 33 Degree of A.A.S.R. for the Republic of Paraguay. Until 2005 there was only one story for Paraguayan Craft, but then two heads told

their truths to the International Masonic Community. There are more than 190 Regular Masonic Power Recognitions in display in favor of the GLSP chaired by Edgar Sánchez, com-pared to the international orphanage that the faction led by Dedoff is suffering. Now, let’s talk about data, dates and documents. The first lie involves the nickname “Centenarian” that is self-awarded to the non-recognized Grand Lodge. If the story does not lie, by existing since 1923, the GLSP, even not having a schism in 2005, would not yet be centenarian. In fact, the GLSP rec-ognized and chaired by Edgar Sánchez, has acquired legal status in the year 2006 versus the other one led by Eduardo Dedoff who acquired legal status seven years later, that is to say in 2013.

Although the GLSP of Eduardo Dedoff is a dependent part-ner of the Supreme Council of A. A. S. R. and both bodies make up the Grand Orient of Paraguay, it cannot invoke its existence since 1895. The GOP was born in 1895 but the his-toric GLSP that today rests its lineage in the Grand Master-ship of Edgar Sánchez, was born de facto in 1923 and only in 2006 acquired a legal identity. The unrecognized GL can

only buy, sell or transfer assets from the year 2013, but still, most of its properties are in the name of the Grand Orient of Paraguay, also composed of the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Scottish Rite.

Deed dated April 30th, 2010 with the Constitution of the Association of Public Utility named “Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay”. The document men-tions the Act of the Grand Orient of Paraguay by which “grants freedom” to this Grand Lodge to obtain its legal status which it would obtain 3 years later.

On the Official Letterhead of the SGLP presided over by Dedoff (and before him by Villasanti) is hard to tell whether they try to impersonate 1895’s Grand Orient of Paraguay or the 1871’s Supreme Council of the 3rd Degree of the AASR. It should not be that confusing and they should assume their legal birth on January 24th, 2013.


The Grand Orient of Paraguaystrikes KansasAs it is known, the Grand Orient of Paraguay is made up of the union between the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay (today presided over by Eduardo Dedoff) and the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Republic of Paraguay (presided over today by Jorge Goldenberg).This corporation of the Craft and the Scottish Rite has committed the crime of registering the trademark “Order DeMolay” without being duly authorized for it.

The Crime of counterfeiting the DeMolay International brand

In the National Directorate of Intellectual Property (DINAPI), the trademark “Orden DeMolay” is registered in classes 41, 45 and 16 of the Trademark Registry.The documents displayed in this pub-lication demonstrate the existence of an absolute bad faith and usurpation of property by the trademark holder named Grand Orient of Paraguay who, when registering the local trademark “Orden DeMolay”, clearly has incurred the prohibitions of the trademark law, referred to in Article 2, Subsections F, G, H and I.

This clearly shows that there is no independence of the Craft from the Scottish Rite (no matter how many treaties they sign saying otherwise), since the actions of the Grand Orient of Paraguay,

(the union of the bodies called Symbolic Grand Lodge of Para-guay and Supreme Council of the Degree 33 of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for the Republic of Paraguay), are a corpo-rate and collective way to achieve their objectives. What does an appendant body like the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Scottish Rite in Paraguay has to do with the registration of an international brand that only bears relation to the Craft?

It would be very difficult to believe that in any decent Masonic jurisdiction, the existence of the DeMolay International organiza-tion (based in Kansas City and celebrating its centennial this year) is unknown, because it is a world-famous, philanthropic organiza-

Finally, the Grand Orient of Paraguay (Scottism and Symbolism) has committed a clearly illicit, arbitrary and illegitimate act, reg-istering a trademark without being duly authorized by the world institution, which owns the rights throughout the world, of the brand “ DeMolay “or” DeMolay Order “, which belongs to the Order DeMolay International and of which the Grand Orient of Paraguay does not form part or is recognized for that purpose to use, hold and much less proceed to register the aforementioned brand for its ownership in the Republic of Paraguay.

The use of these false memberships is disseminated through the correspondence sent by the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay (today presided over by Eduardo Dedoff) to all the Regular Powers, informing of its new List of Grand Officers. This is why the SYMBOLIC GRAND LODGE OF PARAGUAY presided by the Grand Master Ed-gar Sánchez, and recognized by the UGLE and the CMI, is forced to denounce these actions. False IdentityThe unrecognized Grand Lodge of Paraguay under the command of Eduardo Dedoff, commits the serious error of sending correspondence to Regular Powers leading to confusion through deception. In their Official Notes they claim to be founding members of the Inter-American Masonic Confederation in the year 1958 (gross error, CMI was founded on April 14, 1947).They also claim to be recognized by the United Grand Lodge of England, but from London two clarifications were already issued to leave them exposed, so the award they attribute themselves is completely false.

The false identity that is attributed to that Grand Lodge, is absurd and meaningless, and seeks to create a confusion starting from a great deception. As this can be demon-strated not only with facts, but also with the documents that are exhibited, the only regular and recognized Sym-bolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay is the one presided over by the Grand Master Edgar Sánchez Caballero.

This modus operandi has been the constant since the di-vision of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay in No-vember 2005. Unfulfilled international agreements, false information and erroneous data marked the fate of an institution that in the search for the Unification of Para-guayan Freemasonry only played with marked cards and all that is being understood by the whole Regular Symbolic Masonic Orb.

The Inter-American Masonic Confederation has clarified on several occasions that the faction today presided by Dedoff and before by Villasanti, Quiñonez and Lichi is not a confederate member. It went so far as to suggest that they should refrain from mentioning the CMI in their documents.

The United Grand Lodge of England has likewise clarified that it recognizes the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay presided over today by GM Edgar Sánchez and ratified it last year (2,018).


It was signed on June 21st, 2,017 by the then Grand Mas-ter Benigno Villasanti of the GLSP, unknown by the regular Masonic community, and the Sovereign Grand Commander Jorge Goldenberg, both partners in the Grand Orient of Paraguay. This lyrical document makes an exhibition of dates and origins of the Supreme Council, the Grand Orient and the Grand Lodge and establishes a series of guidelines in which they wish to make clear their independence. But they omit to point out that they are partners as members of the Grand Orient of Paraguay, a society that concentrates the real estate of the Craft, and now is usurping the license of an international brand such as DeMolay and acts corpo-rately in a kind of marriage with community property in equal percentages. They omit mentioning that the presi-

Since the schism suffered by the Paraguayan Symbolic Free-masonry in the year 2005 due to the arbitrary and vexatious interference of the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree, the entire Masonic World agreed that the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay today presided by M.W. Bro ÉDGAR SÁNCHEZ CABALLERO is the legitimate continuator of the national his-torical Craft, by the uninterrupted succession of Grand Mas-ters .The question is simple. The last Grand Master of the still unified Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay passed the gavel in free and democratic elections to the Grand Master whose line of succession continues with MW Bro EDGAR SÁNCHEZ CABALLERO. On the other hand, is the detached branch of the regular trunk, emerged by “spontaneous generation” and deviated from the authentic lineage; shamelessly calling itself “centennial” or “original” though, for the simple fact of retaining ancient constructions, forgetting that regularity is built on principles and not on bricks . The Commission on Information for Recognition of the Con-ference of Grand Masters of Masons in North America had established in its report of the year 2.014 (and ratified in the year 2.016), that the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay to-day chaired by M. W. Bro. ÉDGAR SÁNCHEZ CABALLERO is “(... ) the only Grand Lodge in Paraguay that meets the stan-dards for recognition (...) “. However, since R. W. Bro JORGE L. ALADRO joined the commission in the year 2017, he had no rest in his notorious purpose of repositioning the sepa-ratist group. More than an arbitrator, he acts openly as an operator and lobbyist for them.

Apparently, one of the members of the Commission on Information for Recognition of the Conference of Grand Masters of Masons in North America incurred vices similar to those of Pompeii Sila, former wife of Gaius Julius Caesar: We talk about R. W. Bro JORGE L. ALADRO.

Allegation. Lack of Objectivity

R. W. Bro. JORGE L. ALADRO has been several times in Para-guay (financed by whom?).In all of his visits he participated in meetings, ritualistic activities and social gatherings with the irregular faction. He never deigned to even visit the Sym-bolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay recognized by England, the Inter-American Masonic Confederation, the World Confer-ence of Regular Grand Lodges and countless other regular Powers of the five continents. Moreover, R. W. Bro JORGE L. ALADRO had the audacity to seek support for his allies by directly and personally sum-moning Grand Masters of Powers affiliated with the CMI to hold “private meetings” in Paraguay, carried out in his pres-ence in the same headquarters of the dissident organization.The Sacred Book already warned: “For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open.” (Mark 4:22).The serious facts mentioned would not have been of greater importance if R. W. Bro. JORGE L. ALADRO acted in a per-sonal capacity. But he did so by exercising undue influence as a member of the Commission on Information for Recogni-tion of the Conference of Grand Masters of Masons in North America. And that is definitely wrong.From an honorable person who integrates a consultative body in charge of nothing more and nothing less than to rule on the standards for recognition of a Masonic power, we should expect the most altruistic and impartial attitudes. With Brother JORGE L. ALADRO we have got the worst and most unpleasant surprise.

Being founder of the Inter-American Masonic Confederation (CMI) on April 14, 1947, the GLSP has been able to capitalize on its excellent relations with the Regular Masonic Powers of the Orb. From the United Grand Lodge of England, which celebrated its Tercentenary in 2017 with official presence of the authorities of Paraguayan symbolism in London, the recognitions and links were strengthened with Grand Lod-ges of all Europe being those of Spain, Portugal and France their closest “European friends” because of the situation of being also members of the CMI. Germany, Holland, Roma-nia, Alpine Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Bulgaria, Russia and Ukraine are also very close to the affections of the GLSP as well as the rest of Europe as they are always present when summoned. Africa is also a continent with a flag of the GLSP planted in its Regular Jurisdictions and even more now following our participation in the World Conference

of Regular Grand Lodges held in Gabon (2009) and Mada-gascar (201 7).Asia and Oceania are continents in which the GLSP has recently intensified its relations. Several Paragua-yan workers who live in countries of these continents have become true masonic ambassadors with an active presence in the Craft and thank to their efforts our institutions are closer to one another. In regards to the Grand Lodges of the United States of Ame-rica and Canada, after the favorable report issued by the Commission of Information for Recognitions of the Confe-rence of Grand Master Masons of North America gathered in Baltimore in the year 2014 and ratified in Madison in the year 2016, the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay has gar-nered more than 40 Grand Lodge Recognitions which can

be seen on page 345 of the Book “List of Lodges, Masonic” 2018, published by the well-known Publisher Pantagraph Printing and Stationery Co. The Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay is Independent of any other Masonic Body, it is Free, Sovereign and Autono-mous, maintains relations with almost all the Regular Maso-nic Powers of the Orb, fruit of the great work of its various authorities and by the practice of Masonic principles and the respect to the old Landmarks and the Constitutions of Anderson.

The ceremony in the city of Asunción took place in the Ma-sonic Palace of the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay, and was attended by important authorities, among them, the International Deputy Director of the DeMolay Order, Avery L. Brinkley, and distinguished dignitaries of Latin American Freemasonry and the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Paraguay. On Saturday, December 8th, the Great National Initiation of the DeMolay Order of Paraguay took place, occurring simultaneously in the cities of Asunción, Pedro Juan Caballero, Ciudad del Este and Encarnación.

Never seen before. A hundred new DeMolay youngsters were simultaneously initiated in several cities in Paraguay, opening the official celebrations for the Centennial of the Order DeMolay International.
