2. Job Specification/Person Specification Revise Write No in-house terminology- remember who the audience might be

5. Interviewing/Testing Ensure you are thorough but not lengthy- time is of the essence you might miss
the talented individual if they are interviewing elsewhere! Due diligence, Psychometric testing, Questioning, References etc.
