Condition of ground marginally can be grouped in to 2 type:1. Ground type have the character of “ STABLELY”2. Ground type have the character of “ LABILELY” or unstable

Is referred as band foundation because this foundation continue and direct under wall, whether there is door or not. This foundation type now still or used inveterate especially for the high rise building and simple housing.

Band foundation can be made by using red brick, stone multiply and reinforced concrete.
