Green Packet Group recorded positive EBITDA for the full quarter of 1Q 2012. P1 pillar turnaround and registered positive EBITDA for the full quarter of 1Q2012.
P1 subscribers surpassed 400,000. Solution software offering gaining traction globally. While the hardware business transitioning from WiMAX to LTE devices. P1 underwent product revamp, focusing on quality contract subscribers.

Revenue
P1’s revenue grew 41% YoY with subscribers surpassing 400,000. The QoQ revenue was flat due to lower net add in Q1.
Solution group was 53% lower YoY due to lower shipment of 90k units vs 188k unit in Q1 last year. The drop of shipment was due to operators transitioning from WiMAX to LTE.
Alternative Voice (communication/voice) services continue to contribute to Group revenue but with a flat growth.
