There will be an exhibition of products & services during the conference, located by the main conference hall. Exhibition spaces/stands are available at a cost of GBP 2500 (RSF) / GBP 3950 (BBTC) and include a free delegate place. For more info, please contact EPC.

Companies can include an advertisement in the Conference documentation at a cost of GBP 600 – this will be included in the Conference Brochure.

EPC has negotiated a reduced rate for delegates at the InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya. To benefit from this rate, you must book your room using the reservation form which we will send you when you register for RSF / BBTC.

This includes attendance at the conference, Conference documentation, lunch and coffee breaks on both days and attendance at social functions. Full payment must be received before the conference in order to guarantee entry. Registration fee made in US Dollars or Euros will be subject to the Central Bank exchange plus 5%.

The conference language will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATIONIf you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can purchase the Conference Proceedings. This includes access to all the papers and presentations, which can be downloaded from the web site. The conference Proceedings are available at a cost of GBP 400.

Cancellations made before 2 March 2017 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of GBP 200. We regret that cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited.

Substitutes are acceptable at any time. EPC reserves the right to alter the content or timing of the program and its speakers although this happens rarely.
