Our policy and procedures aim to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved with all projects completed on time, within budget, in conformance with the requirements of the contract and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

Our quality system forms part of the Company's Sustainable Management System (SMS). The SMS provides an integrated approach to managing quality, environmental and energy and health and safety standards.

The SMS and this policy provide the structure for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. Internal and external audits are carried out to verify ongoing compliance and to ensure that the quality system and policy remains e�ective and appropriate. Records of audits are maintained.

This policy is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization.

Our suppliers and subcontractors must work in line with our quality standards and procedures.

Sally is a founding Director of Forthworth Tech. Ltd. she has a wide range of experience in a variety of roles including Project Management, Development Management, and Subcontracting and has been immersed in the Construction industry for over 10 years.

Sally's past roles include Project and Site Management, Project Supervisor and financial controller.

Sally understands the complex compliance issues associated with today's commercial construction environment. This is key to delivering projects on time and within budget.
