    State Polytechnic Manufacture of Bangka Belitung (Polmanbabel) is located in the Air Kantung

    Industrial Area, Sungailiat, Province of Bangka Belitung Island. This beautiful campus on the shore

    of Air Kantung Beach has produces thousands of graduates that absorbed in various industrial

    sectors in the country and abroad. State Polytechnic Manufacture of Bangka Belitung

    (Polmanbabel) has 6 (six) study program, namely D3 Electrical Engineering, D3 Mechanical

    Maintenance and Repair Engineering, D3 Mechanical Design Engineering, D4 Electronic

    Engineering, D4 Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, and D4 Software Engineering which

    emphasized on practical-based lecturers so it is hoped that the graduates from Polmanbabel can

    directly absorbed by the industries.

    3.3) Strengths of programmes/ academic faculties/ courses offered at your institutions (in brief):

    All study program syllabus was designed to match the industrial needs in Indonesia. Every year

    almost 70% of the graduated are accepted in the working world in Indonesia. Most graduates work

    in a big company such as PT. Timah, Tbk., PT. PLN, PT. Pertamina, and many more. Polmanbabel

    also send the students to do internship in various company in Indonesia to get the industrial

    exposure and strengthening their skills and competency.
