*1 Set value when the analog output is 20mA at the time of delivery. The setting can be changed to an arbitrary flow rate.*2 Selection can be made from among Integrated pulse, flow switch, and alarm (output 2 only). The setting of the Integrated pulse unit can be changed.*3 The communication specifications can be downloaded from our product website.*4 Power should be supplied from isolated power supply with overcurrent protection.
