If you like, you can take a break when you see this page.
The survey is broken up into parts.
Need help? Ask someone to help you.

There is a glossary at the back to help explain some of the
words used in the survey.
This survey will help us understand;
1. what you want help with
2. what is important to you
3. what support and services need to improve, and
4. what information would really help you.

Switchboard has a FREE phone and web peer-based counselling, information and referral service through QLife Switchboard is the Victorian partner in the national telephone and web counselling, information and referral service Qlife. This service is for LGBTQIA+ identifying people and those who have questions or concerns about LGBTQIA+ issues. This includes families, friends, teachers and co-workers of LGBTQIA+ people. Phone and chat Speak to a Switchboard volunteers or QLife partner by calling 1800 184 527 or chat online between 3pm and 12 midnight every day of the week. You can talk about any feelings or thoughts you have around sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Calls are confidential, respectful and most important of all, private.
