Tamburini produces all the tools used in the threading process:

Overall dimensions are in compliance with standards and based on customers’ special needs.Threading features are in compliance with European and American standards with possible size and profile variations for special uses or applications.

All Tamburini tools are given a serial number that identifies each work order ensuring traceability of the steel used, of all production stages as well as of intermediate and final control. The steel used, the technology, the thermal treatment applied and any possible surface coating are all part of the over 50-ye-ars experience providing its costumers with tech-nical work and commitment.

Upon request, a CONFORMITY DECLARATION in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO – IEC 17050 standard, can be attached to all products delivered.

The gauges manufactured by Tamburini are mainly fixed gauges:

F Plain and thread PLUG GAUGESF Plain and thread RING GAUGES

The regular output, with a large stock, includes measurements and pitches in compliance with European and American standards with commonly used tolerance. Special sizes and tolerances or special types of work are supplied when specifically required by the customers. All Tamburini gauges are marked with a SERIAL NUMBER that univocally identifies each piece in order to guarantee the traceability of the pro-duction cycle, intermediate inspections and final control. The grinding phases are carried out in a conditioned space and the final check is performed in a Metrological Lab where temperature and humidity are controlled in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.Upon request, every gauge may be accom-panied by a TEST REPORT or CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE depending on the intended use of the gauge.

Tamburini integrates its service with a diversified range of products that goes from traditional go/no go gauges, compound caliber, fixed or adjustable gauges, to more complex ones, either for attributes or for variables. Moreover, Tamburini can offer its customers “turn key” planning services and measurements system manufacture.

After an offer request, tamburini starts its te-chnical office that produces an approximate study and the subsequent offer.

After the customers’ approval, Tamburini passes on to planning and manufacturing the gauge that on demand can be integrated with hardware and software of the partner TQM Itaca Tachnology. The entire output can be accompanied by the certification issues by Tamburini metrological labs.

In collaboration with TQM Itaca Technology, Tamburini has enlarged its range by offering a complete product, which is based on informatics applied to mechanical gau-ging.

The results are solutions aimed at in-specting manufactured articles, which integrate mechanics to data acquisition, management and analysis according to customers’ specifications. It is possible to save in database, to monitor in real time and to do advanced statistical analysis.

Tamburini has adapted its organizational structure to meet ever-changing customer and market requirements in terms of contracted work.

The company organisation is structured to handle job orders from the design stage to delivery of the finished product, offering customers an all-round service.

METROLOGYand certificationTamburini completes its production of gauges offering a top level service: metrology and certification.

The production structure is supported by two METROLOGICAL LABS: the first one controls the entire production cycle and upon request, issues the respective TEST REPORTS or CON-FORMITY DECLARATIONS. The same service is supplied also for customer-owned gauges, providing regular programmed checks and issue of the required certificate.

CALIBRATIONserviceThe second laboratory operates in conformity with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, acknowledge by CNR Metrology Board as CALIBRATION CENTRE ACCREDIA LAT N° 079; it issues CERTIFICATE OF CALIBRATION recognised by all signatory states of the Multilateral Agreement of the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA).

The certified MASTER gauges are used to calibrate tools or measuring devices, they have official value and can be used in any certification, quality systems accredita-tion and type-approval procedure.
