A past Portland-area extraordinaire, Paws Up Executive Chef Sunny Jin will cook beside current Portland culinary gurus Chef Greg Denton and Chef Gabrielle Quiñónez-Denton from Ox. Next-gen Portland fave Chef Doug Adams from PDX’s hottest new restaurant, Bullard, will join them. Their creations will pair beautifully with the sumptuous wines of master vintner Lynn Penner-Ash.
