PARKING
Tenant shall have the exclusive right to one (1) underground parking
stall (“Exclusive Parking Stall”) in the Building. There is a bunch of street
parking located all around 250 2nd Ave S. There are also other options
for contract parking at ramps nearby. The Depot is a block away and
