    Type www.vafire.com into your web browser. It isrecommended that you utilize

    Internet Explorer as your web browser to ensure allcertificate features are available.

    Once logged onto the Agencys website, click on the Login

    to FSTRS button in the lower right hand portion of thewebsite

    Please follow the instructions provided on the log inscreen.
