TransliterationHuwa Allahu allathee lailaha illa huwa AAalimu
alghaybi
washshahadatihuwa arrahmanu arraheemSahih International
He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, Knower of
the
unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the
Especially Merciful.
Allah is He, than Whom, there is no other god-Who knows(all
things) both secret and open; He, The Most Gracious. TheMost
Merciful. (59: 22)According to the Hadith) The lsme Azam is
contained in thisverse. Whosoever recites it seven times in the
morning, the angelspray for him till the evening. If he happens to
die on that particular
day, he dies as a martyr. And whosoever recites it (7 times) in
theevening, the angels pray for him till the morning. If he happens
todie during that particular night, he dies as a martyr.
